Return Policy

At My Jewish Book, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take immense pride in creating personalized stories, and we want you to love the final product.

Simple Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your book, we are happy to make it right. You have 7 days from delivery of your book to start a return. Our return process is straightforward:

  1. Notify Us: Send an email to orders@myjewishbook.ai to let us know you are returning the book.
  2. Ship It Back: Mail the book back to us at your own expense.
  3. Receive Your Refund: We will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned book. (Your return shipping cost is not refundable.)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we strive for perfection, please expect slight artistic variations in the images, such as inexact hair length or slight variations in hair/eye color, this is normal. However, if your book arrives damaged or contains a printing error (such as the wrong name or likeness), please reach out to us right away with photos of the issue. In the case of an egregious error, we will gladly reprint and ship a corrected version at no additional cost to you.
