1. Give me a clear face, birthday crowns and pudding-covered lips are super cute but they cover facial features!
2. Front and center works best! I can't make out their eye shape if they're lost on that 7-section sofa!
3. Eye level shots really help! (but they can be looking to the side, that's fine.)
4. That backlit effect and dark lighting makes for a really cool image, but I can't see colors and facial features!
